| Pastor Gary & Sharla Senior Pastors Gary & Sharla founded NLC in January 2005. Their desire is to see Jesus honored and the people of God to experience the fullness of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Gary’s teaching will challenge and inspire you to live an abundant Christian life. Gary has a Ph.D. in management, a M.A. and B.A in biblical languages. Gary & Sharla have six children and five grandchildren.  |

Mr. Charles, or “Mr. C”, brings an infectious enthusiasm with him every week, presenting the Word in a fun and engaging way. Their goal is to help guide children in their journey of discovery and growth by providing epic opportunities for kids to encounter Jesus. |

Nathan & Sara Worship Leaders Worship is a priority at NLC! NLC is experiencing the presence of God in worship as Nathan & Sara lead us in contemporary praise and worship. It is their desire that through worship, hearts and lives would be changed to influence people beyond the walls of the church. Nathan has an MBA and a Bachelors in Computer Systems from UH. Sara is involved in women’s ministry and events planning and has a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies. They have three children.   |
| Michael & Shannon Marriage Ministry Michael and Shannon lead the Marriage Ministry at NLC. They are passionate about strengthening marriage bonds, nurture faith-filled marriages, and build Christ-centered families through Bible studies, fellowship, marriage events, and prayer. A highlight event at NLC is the annual XO Marriage Conference Simulcast each February in partnership with the Marriage Today Ministry. Michael and Shannon have six children and two grandchildren. Shannon is pursuing an MA in Pastoral Counseling with an Emphasis on Marriage and Family at Houston Baptist University to expand their ministry in answer to God’s calling. |

Joel & Shayla Young Adults Joel and Shayla are the leaders of The Common Table Ministry at New Life Church, which is a group that caters to young adults (ages 18-30). This ministry focuses on discipleship through small groups to create a personal environment cultivating discipleship. The goal of this intimate setting is to build relationships that change eternities. Equipping people to be disciples of Christ, so they can go entrust the good news to faithful people who will teach others also. (2 Timothy 2:2) |
